Start The Day Off Right With Football Season Breakfast Specials in Knuckles!

For those who want to enjoy a hearty breakfast while taking in their favorite NFL Football games, Knuckles Historic Sports Bar is featuring Breakfast Specials to kick off the day. Available Sunday mornings from 9:00-11:30 a.m., each of the menu items is $9.00, including a choice of the following:

Breakfast Sliders --- Scrambled eggs, chorizo, hash browns, white cheddar cheeses and Dijon spread on warm buttermilk biscuits

French Toast Strips --- Thick sourdough bread strips soaked in vanilla crème and sprinkled with powdered sugar. Served with Maple syrup and warm berry compote

Smoked Chicken and Potato Hash --- Tri-colored potatoes sautéed with chicken breast, onions and mushrooms. Topped with two cage free eggs cooked any style and hollandaise sauce

Sumptuous Jazz Champagne Brunch in Swiftwater Café


There is nothing quite like a Sunday late morning Jazz brunch to top off a weekend. Burlingame has a reputation for serving up great spreads and now two of the hotel’s restaurants are continuing that tradition with Sunday Champagne Jazz Brunch and Football Season Breakfast Specials. Additionally, the hotel will be host to holiday buffets for both Thanksgiving and Christmas as well.

The Jazz Champagne Brunch features live jazz music and 75 + items in the hearty and colorful buffet. The Brunch will be available on Sundays from 10 am until 2 pm, the sumptuous feast offers a wide array of choices, including:

Chef Herbert Ng's Famous Granola




After a Facebook Fan gushed about our Granola recipe, Chef Herbert responded! Here's the recipe for our delicious Granola! Bon appetit!

RECIPE: Granola

Oatmeal ¼ cup

Bran Flakes 1 box

All Purpose Flour 2 cup

Brown Sugar ½ lb

Coconut Flakes 2 cup

Sesame Seeds 1 cup

Salad Oil 1 cup

Honey 1 cup

Walnuts 1 cup

Pecan Halves 2.5 cup

Sliced Almond 1.25 cup

Pistachios 1 cup

PROCEDURES

Mix first 6 ingredients by hand. Mix in remaining ingredients and blend well. Spread evenly on pan in thin layer. Baked at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes turning every 10 minutes to cook evenly. Remove when golden brown. Mixture will harden as it cooks.
